We are looking for an experienced Career Coach / Case Manager dedicated to empowering individuals through AME apprenticeships. You will be responsible for delivering personalized coaching sessions, assisting with resume building, interview preparation, and utilizing wraparound supports including mental health referrals. Collaboration with a licensed psychotherapist expands your ability to provide comprehensive support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide tailored one-on-one coaching sessions for participants
• Conduct intake interviews to assess support needs
• Develop individualized support plans and monitor progress
• Coordinate wraparound supports for transportation and childcare
• Advocate for participants with employer partners
