Job Overview

The Career Centre Coordinator is responsible for implementing and administering the activities of the Career Centre and executing the customer experience program on the campus, ensuring enhanced student engagement, experiences, and employability, while also coordinating feedback mechanisms and driving continuous improvement in student satisfaction and outcomes.

Key Result Areas Career Centre Marketing & Events Creates ongoing Career Centre awareness, through awareness campaigns, in class visits, workshops, App notifications, e-mails, sms's, Whats App groups and daily interaction with students Ensures that sufficient students and alumni have accessed and engaged with the Career Centre Platform by marketing the Career Centre Platform to students and Alumni.
