Summary:
The Care Redesign Leader is responsible for overseeing daily activities associated with one or more care redesign or quality initiatives across UNC Health . Projects will focus on increasing the value of care by reducing unwarranted care variation and implementing care redesign tools. This individual develops the project charter, the execution strategy, supports the clinical/business case and manages the work of the chartered work teams to achieve desired outcomes.
