Opportunity Description

Our financial services client is seeking a Canadian Payroll Manager (5–7 years) to deliver payroll operations and program management across enterprise HR services

Position Title: Canadian Payroll Manager

Line of Business: HR Shared Services

Duration: 4 months (possibility of extension)

Location: Downtown Toronto; no set schedule, 2-3 days a week in office

Role Mandate: Supports the development, implementation and ongoing delivery of payroll services across the enterprise in order to meet specific pay legislation and payroll accuracy. Delivers payroll services and related program results in alignment with overall group goals. Provides subject matter expertise and advice related to payroll platforms, operations and procedures. Supports the strategic direction, governance design, program design and execution of payroll operations for the bank.
