Role Description

- Lead and manage end-to-end execution of campaign projects across departments

- Coordinate between content, design, video, social media, research, and ground teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery

- Develop project timelines, task allocation systems, and execution plans aligned with campaign priorities

- Track daily progress of ongoing projects and ensure deadlines, quality standards, and campaign objectives are met

- Conduct regular team follow-ups, review meetings, and performance tracking to maintain operational efficiency

- Ensure consistency in messaging, branding, and campaign execution across all verticals

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a high-pressure, fast-paced political environment
