Job Description
Owns the design of scalable, multi-channel customer journeys within AEP/AJO, translating marketing intent into structured journey logic and reusable frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design cross-channel journey architecture (email, SMS, push, app, etc.)
• Define:
o Segmentation and audience logic
o Decisioning rules and triggers
o Personalization strateg
o Frequency and cadence controls
• Establish reusable journey patterns and templates
• Guide how content is structured for use in:
o Knak modular templates
o Dynamic content frameworks
• Own UAT decisions (defect vs enhancement)
