Cambridge ERP Key User - EWM Module

This 12-month contract role requires you to engage in business process development and solution design while overseeing the quality of ERP implementations. You will be responsible for co-building use cases, executing test scripts, and gathering input for ongoing improvements to meet user requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate training sessions for all end-users
• Qualify and communicate user needs to enhance satisfaction
• Participate in data cleaning and migration testing
• Provide insights on IT solutions, user interface, and experience
• Coordinate Level-1 support and escalate issues to Level-2
Requirements:
• 2+ years in logistics/supply chain is essential
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA, EWM is ideal
• IT background or certification preferred
