Opportunity Description
What You’ll Do
- Interview insurance applicants to collect their medical and lifestyle history by completing insurance questionnaires.
- Provide positive client experience.
- Assist the team with scheduling tele-interview appointments based on applicant and interviewer availability.
- Follow up with applicants when additional information is required, while respecting confidentiality of their private information.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in a customer service‑related role.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook at an intermediate level.
- Typing speed minimum of 36 WPM.
- Ability to speak with confidence on the phone and document simultaneously.
- Ability to prioritize and work in a results‑oriented environment.
- Ability to work alone or in a team to achieve departmental objectives.
Pay Rate
$19.35 per hour.
