In this full-time role, you will supervise all cemetery care, guiding your team and maintaining a supportive workplace. Reporting to the Regional Property Manager, your efforts will ensure a safe and fulfilling environment for staff and families alike. This position operates Monday through Friday, with potential overtime as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise all team activities and cemetery care
• Recruit and train staff, promoting high morale
• Develop annual budgets and set performance goals
• Enforce adherence to company policies and procedures
• Address special projects and additional tasks as required
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of management experience in property or landscape settings
