Drive impactful change as Executive Director of HomeFront in Calgary. This full-time role focuses on leading efforts to end domestic violence through strategic oversight and community collaboration.
The Executive Director will serve as the CEO, leading the organization in providing vital services to victims of domestic violence. You will establish major goals, promote teamwork, and ensure efficient operations while advocating for those in need. As a representative of HomeFront, you’ll connect with various stakeholders to promote community awareness and support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the Board to formulate strategic direction
• Manage program planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Supervise staff performance and development initiatives
• Develop comprehensive budgets and secure operational funding
