As a Design Coordinator, you will independently handle various architectural assignments, working closely with the Project Architect and Project Manager. Key duties include aligning subconsultant work, writing architectural specifications, and performing code reviews. Your expertise will help steer projects towards their successful completion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and modify architectural construction documents
• Manage subconsultant coordination to meet design intent
• Assist in writing specifications and code compliance reviews
• Engage with clients to guide design approaches
• Support Project Architects throughout all project phases
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or closely related field
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit required
