Key Job Responsibilities Include:
Daily cake and dessert production: decorate and finish standard cakes, cupcakes, and seasonal items according to production plans, recipes, and presentation standards to maintain in-stock conditions.Merchandising and product handling: package, label, price, and date-code product; stock and rotate display cases using FIFO; maintain attractive displays and complete required signage (including allergens where applicable).Food safety and quality: follow safe food handling and temperature controls; prevent cross-contamination; complete cleaning and sanitation of tools/equipment/work areas; monitor product quality, freshness, and shrink and report concerns.Resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively.
Education, Experience, and Other Requirements:
