Cafe Supervisor/Barista

We are a busy café located in Takapuna Auckland looking for a Cafe Supervisor/ Barista to join our friendly team.

These are permanent positions offering between 30 to 40 hours per week at a pay rate of $25.00 to $35.00 per hour, depending on experience and skills. Key responsibilities will include:

    • Supervise café staff to ensure high-quality customer service and adherence to company procedures.
    • Coordinate staff rosters, manage shift changes, and ensure adequate staffing during service periods.
    • Take customer orders, process payments, and provide service support during peak times.
    • Ensure all food and beverage preparation areas comply with hygiene and safety regulations.
    • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and stock rotation.
