Enhance BWZ's recruiting strategies as a Talent Acquisition Partner, focusing on roles across media, tech, sales, and events. Elevate candidate experiences and streamline hiring processes with your expertise in evidence-based recruiting.
You will report to the People Operations Manager and lead end-to-end recruiting efforts at BWZ, ensuring timely and quality hiring outcomes. Partnering with hiring leaders, you’ll shape hiring strategies while also supporting broader People Operations tasks. This role requires strong candidate sourcing, effective interviewing skills, and collaboration with various teams.
