Business Sales Agent

As a Customer Champion Consultant in our Small Business Sales Team, you’ll play an essential role in helping local small business customers stay connected—offering expert advice and tailored solutions that make a real difference to their operations and growth. Based in our Christchurch or Auckland CBD Support Office, you’ll support customers through inbound and outbound phone and messaging channels, with a focus on Join and Leave intents for Mobile and Broadband campaigns. You’ll be the trusted advisor our small business customers rely on, delivering exceptional experiences while driving strong sales outcomes.
