Business Process Analyst

We are seeking a Business Process Analyst to join our Analytics & Digital Solutions (ADS) organization. In this role, you will lead initiatives that deliver scalable, action‑oriented analytics solutions supporting Global Logistics function.

You will partner closely with Logistics, Operations Business Leaders (OBLs) and data engineering teams to co‑create high‑quality analytics products, support design reviews, and enable structured deployments. As a functional analyst, you will also drive adoption, change management, and sustained utilization of logistics analytics solutions. This role supports global and regional logistics operations by delivering data‑driven insights and analytics products that improve process efficiency, service performance, cost optimization, and continuous improvement, with solutions designed to scale across regions where applicable.
