The Business Manager plays a critical role in supporting Radius Security’s mission to provide leading-edge life safety solutions and create safe communities. This role is the single point of contact for key multi‑site clients, ensuring their needs are met with excellence and accountability. By fostering long‑term relationships, the Business Manager enhances growth, customer retention, and collaborates with internal teams to deliver exceptional service experiences.

Compensation

Depending on the candidate, this role has a salary range of $70,000‑$120,000 per year (this includes base salary + commission/bonus structure). Commission structureis based on RMR (recurring monthly revenue) + total contract value.
