Business Intelligence Analyst

In this role, you'll sit at the intersection of data, operations, and strategy, leveraging analytics to optimise collections performance, enhance payment success rates, and identify opportunities to improve efficiencies across the business. You'll work closely with stakeholders across Operations, Risk, Finance, Technology, and Data teams, playing a key role in shaping and improving business processes through actionable insights.
