- The Business Growth Specialist is a full-cycle inbound sales role dedicated to helping commercial clients secure the right insurance solutions quickly and confidently.
- You are responsible for managing leads from first touch all the way through quoting, marketing, advising, and binding the policy.
- Manage inbound leads from all channels (web, phone, email, etc.) through qualification, quoting, proposal, and binding to achieve consistent monthly new business production aligned with sales targets.
- Qualify prospects to understand their operations and needs, and maintain strong follow-up discipline to achieve a high conversion rate from inbound lead to bound policy.
- Confidently advise small business owners on appropriate coverage options, gather underwriting data, and manage the full quoting process to earn strong client satisfaction and positive feedback.
