  • Actively develop new business opportunities through prospecting (cold calls, client visits, and networking).
  • Attend industry and networking events (MBOT, Transport Toronto Club, BNI) and represent the company in the market.
  • Identify client needs and propose tailored recruitment and workforce solutions.
  • Present services, negotiate agreements, and close new business deals.
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups and build long‑term client relationships.

Client & Opportunity Management

  • Use CRM tools to track and document all client interactions and activities.
  • Quickly follow up on inbound leads to maximize conversion into qualified opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet targets.
  • Ensure a smooth handoff of new clients to the recruitment and operations teams.
