- Actively develop new business opportunities through prospecting (cold calls, client visits, and networking).
- Attend industry and networking events (MBOT, Transport Toronto Club, BNI) and represent the company in the market.
- Identify client needs and propose tailored recruitment and workforce solutions.
- Present services, negotiate agreements, and close new business deals.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups and build long‑term client relationships.
Client & Opportunity Management
- Use CRM tools to track and document all client interactions and activities.
- Quickly follow up on inbound leads to maximize conversion into qualified opportunities.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet targets.
- Ensure a smooth handoff of new clients to the recruitment and operations teams.
