About the team
Our Business Development team is the vanguard of our business, with Business Development Reps (BDRs) driving interest in Absolute and initiating the sales cycle. In this role, you will collaborate with our Marketing and Account Executive teams to research and build a pipeline in new and existing accounts. You will follow up on both inbound and outbound leads across EMEA and India. Your exceptional communication and critical thinking skills will enable you to quickly assess opportunities and secure meetings with key account personas for our Account Executives. You’ll drive revenue growth from new account acquisitions and foster expansion and cross-sell opportunities with existing customers.

What You’ll Do

  • Generate and qualify leads, identifying prospects interested in our cybersecurity solutions
  • Prioritise and research prospects, understanding their current IT situation, challenges, and needs
