Business Development Manager - Testing, Inspection, Certification

A prestigious, European-headquartered international TIC organization, member of a major global safety, quality, and inspection group with a well-established infrastructure in the Middle East, is seeking a highly motivated, result-driven Business Development Manager ).

The successful candidate will drive commercial growth, market penetration, and strategic brand expansion for international trade verification and certification services across the UAE and the wider GCC region. This role is embedded within the group's existing corporate infrastructure in Dubai. The BDM will operate with a high degree of autonomy to build a robust portfolio of clients, identify new business opportunities, and generate pipelines for services executed globally by our International Brand Headquarters.
