Business Development Manager - NPO

Responsibilities: Functional Develop and implement a growth strategy aligned with the foundations strategic objectives. Identify, pursue, and secure funders, funding opportunities, and donations. Continuously promote the foundations mission, objectives, and offerings. Establish, manage, and maintain strong relationships with funders and donors. Manage and sustain partnerships at both local and international levels. Build and nurture networks of current and potential partners, funders, and donors. Prepare and compile comprehensive funding applications. Strengthen and enhance the foundations brand and reputation. Manage stakeholder relations and foster positive engagement. Identify and pursue opportunities that advance the foundations objectives. Stay informed of industry trends and the evolving needs of funders and potential funders.
