Drive sales of complete solutions for power generation, chillers etc. Identify new business opportunities within existing and new customers, focusing on total solution selling. Build strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers at customer organizations. Manage sales pipeline, forecast accurately, and meet/exceed assigned sales targets. Collaborate closely with service, engineering, and application teams to deliver integrated solutions. Promote aftermarket services such as maintenance contracts, parts, and system optimization. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to refine sales strategies. Lead commercial negotiations, pricing strategy, and contract management. Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and issue resolution. Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and customer engagement activities.
