Position Overview
Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, the Business Development Manager will identify and develop strategic business relationships with potential clients to improve the organization’s market position, achieve financial growth, and meet annual sales targets. Target market segments include automotive EV/HEV powertrain, aerospace motors, and micro-mobility applications for thin gauge non‑oriented electrical steels (NOES) and motor cores.
