Your Role

The purpose of the Business Development Manager is to work in close alignment with the Head of Growth and DAU to develop a strategically focussed sales funnel. This includes seeking and maintaining strategic relationships in NZ’s corporate and commercial business landscape, operating at the level of the C Suite, Boards, Directors and other relevant key business decision makers. The role will both connect with and undertake needs analyses for these prospects (and clients) and will work with both the GM Growth Operations and GM Client Experience to ensure Aon is best positioned as the insurance partner of choice in the corporate landscape.
