Business Development Executive Residential Apartments (Roles & Responsibilities) Identify and generate new business opportunities in residential apartment communities. Meet Apartment Associations (AOA/RWA), Builders, Property Managers, and Management Committees to promote Facility Management Services. Generate leads through networking, references, site visits, and cold calling. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and service demonstrations. Understand client requirements and prepare customized proposals and commercial quotations. Negotiate contracts and close new business deals. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for long-term business growth. Coordinate with the operations team for smooth project transition after deal closure. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain an updated sales pipeline and submit regular MIS and activity reports.
