Build and own the partner pipeline, sourcing indie animation studios, IP holders, and institutional partners across AIGC and emerging formats & grow them into long term relationships
Build and own Key Creator pipeline, sourcing & networking with Key Creators & grow into long term relationships.
Represent the company at industry events (festivals, conventions, co-production forums), building visibility and a strong personal network across the local content scene, and turning it into pipeline.
Plan and host events, showcases, and meetups that convene creators and partners and put us at the center of the community.
Partner with product and operations teams to build content showcases and ensure smooth delivery, partner satisfaction, and healthy account growth.
Read the local market, culture, and competitor activity, and feed that intelligence back to the team.
