Business Continuity Management Lead

We are seeking an internal Business Continuity Management professional with hands‑on, practical experience in delivering and operating Business Continuity and Crisis Management programmes. This role requires direct involvement in planning, facilitation, execution, and testing of BCM and IT Disaster Recovery activities.

The role will work closely with IT Services, functional leaders, and crisis management stakeholders to ensure BCM governance, readiness, and execution are effective and aligned with firm requirements. This is a high‑impact role with visibility across functions and senior stakeholders where you will have the opportunity to directly shape and strengthen firm‑wide resilience and preparedness.
