Consultant - Business Consulting (Telecom, OSS/BSS) Previous consulting experience in a leading consulting firm is preferred • At least 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, designing, defining, or managing projects on digital technologies in telecom industry • Bachelor’s degree / Full time MBA/PGDM from Tier1/Tier2 B Schools in India or foreign equivalent required • Understanding of B2B marketing processes in telecom • Project/program management of large and complex IT projects/programs • Managing implementation of various BSS/OSS products and assist in areas including Wireless networks, Network as a Service, Omni Channel, Customer engagement and Payments, Billing, and Revenue Assurance • Digital technology areas like mobility, cloud, data analytics, insights, and reporting platforms like Power-BI, IOT, AI/ ML • Business analysis, Process definition and continuous improvement exercises using various business consulting tools and methodologies Customer centric redesign of operati...
