Duties: End-to-end support of retail bank decisioning through advanced analytics to design and optimize marketing strategies for retail banking products. Execute structured statistical testing and controlled design of experimentation frameworks to evaluate customer behavioral responses and optimize strategic initiatives through data-driven performance recommendations supported by quantifiable business metrics such as Balances, responders and average balances per customer. Establish and maintain Business As Usual (BAU) operating frameworks to support sustained performance of retail banking products and marketing portfolios while creating quarterly strategic and capital planning processes.
