Business Analyst

Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform. Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards. Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products. Be a productive member of the team. Requirements Act as an expert user of the platform. Provide first-line support for end-user questions. Train new end-users on the platform. Execute complex business analyses and respond to business inquiries on the platform. Configure business components, including queries, dashboards, reports, alerts, and user communities. Perform business analysis for new changes and enhancements.
