The role
IPH Limited is seeking a strategic and commercially minded experienced Business Analyst to join our growing IT team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted partner to business leaders, helping shape technology-enabled business transformation initiatives across the organization. You will bridge business strategy and technology execution, identifying opportunities to improve operational effectiveness, enhance client service, reduce risk, and drive business value.
Working across both commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) and internally developed platforms, you will lead business process analysis, solution evaluation, product roadmapping, and stakeholder engagement to ensure technology investments align with organizational objectives.
This is a highly visible role requiring strong business acumen, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to influence decisions across multiple business functions.
