Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Business Analyst for a leading client in the insurance services industry. This person will work with stakeholders that develop & deliver insurance policies for clients consisting of financial institutions and real estate investors, and development teams. This individual will play a critical role in addressing a backlog of software enhancement requests, in addition to new project work with an emphasis on automating business processes & workflows, while acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and development teams. The workload would include around 60-70% of time on business requirements, and 30% of time in reporting. The ideal candidate is a proactive, senior-level BA who can independently gather requirements, analyze complex processes, and document workflows with clarity.
