Business Analyst 4 - Hybrid Richmond, VA ( 3 hour drive)

On-site is preferred hiring manager is requesting the candidate be within a three-hour drive (not flight) of the DBHDS office for occasional in case an onsite meeting is required. Any parking costs will be incurred by the candidate. This project will replace/modernize core functionality of the DBHDS Incident Management System. We are seeking a Sr Business Analyst with a technical background to support software development IT Projects at DBHDS using a mix of Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid Methodologies. Requirements Perform all tasks related to business analysis, including problem/opportunity identification, elicitation of requirements, and management of stakeholders to meet business and project objectives.
