Building Systems Technician (M&E & Preventive Care)

Far East Organization is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property management across assigned buildings in Singapore. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring M&E services run smoothly and that equipment is kept in good operating condition.

Responsibilities include daily site inspections, handling tenant work orders, coordinating term contracts, and adhering to fire safety rules. Shift work is required, and carpentry skills are a plus.
