Building Superintendent with Supervision Duties

Bell 2 Lodge / Last Frontier Heliskiing Ltd. is looking for a committed Building Superintendent to oversee and maintain facilities in North Stewart, British Columbia. This full-time position features hands-on maintenance tasks and supervisory responsibilities.
Candidates should bring 3 to 5 years of relevant experience and capability in performing general upkeep, minor repairs, and operating cleaning machinery. The role requires physical stamina for handling heavy furniture and cleaning tasks, as well as the ability to supervise others effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Use industrial vacuums to clean spaces thoroughly
• Perform minor HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repairs
• Oversee and guide upkeep staff in their tasks
• Conduct routine safety inspections of the property
• Clear snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
