Building Operator

Job Description

Reporting to the manager/supervisor, the Building Operator is responsible for performing maintenance, routine and on-demand services, including preventive and predictive activities on devices related to building and hospital equipment. The incumbent will also be required to perform other general trade duties as directed. The Building Operator is also responsible for performing work in accordance with established processes and practices and for complying with internal and external requirements including but not limited to environmental, health and safety and fire protection.
