We are looking for a Building Manager to join our Residential team in Winnipeg, MB . Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will make sure that Northview's buildings show pride of ownership and respect for our residents by ensuring that the grounds and buildings are maintained, in good repair, with pleasant curb appeal.
The Building Manager is available to respond to emergencies, tenant concerns/issues, maintain the cleanliness of the building as well as look after the maintenance and leasing of apartments.
