Building Manager

What This Role Is All About

We’re looking for a proactive and organized Building Manager to oversee the daily operations of one of our managed properties, 1045 Haro. In this role, you’ll lead the on-site team, coordinate building maintenance and tenant services, and ensure the property is performing at its best. You’ll be the primary point of contact for tenants and contractors, and the go-to person for ensuring the building runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. As a service-driven organization operating seven days a week, this site-based role requires flexibility in scheduling to support the needs of the building. As such, the schedule includes weekend work, either on a rotating basis or as a consistent requirement. Candidates must be available and comfortable working weekends.
