Building Information Modeling Engineer (Electrical)

Responsibilities

Develop LOD 300-400 Electrical models in Revit MEP for: Lighting, Power, Fire Alarm, CCTV, PA System, LV systems, Cable Tray, Lightning Protection, Earthing

NCR Project Focus: Model as per local DISCOM norms – BSES/NDPL/Tata Power requirements, Delhi Fire Service rules, NBC 2016. Create families & templates for panels, fixtures, equipment as per client stanards.

Extract BOQ & schedules from model – Light point schedule, Panel schedule, Cable schedule for DSR/SOR items.

Spatial Coordination: Run clash detection in Navisworks with Arch/Str/Mech models.

Drawing Production: Generate GFC sheets, SLD, Panel schedules from Revit as per DLF/Emaar/DLF client standards

Qualifications

B.Tech/ Diploma on Electrical Engineering

Must have 3 to 5 years Experience in BIM Modelling
