5 Month Contract With A Local Authority Job Purpose The Building Control Surveyor will deliver a professional Building Control service, ensuring compliance with Building Regulations and associated legislation across a range of construction projects. The postholder will assess applications, carry out site inspections, provide technical advice, and work collaboratively with customers, contractors and internal stakeholders to support safe, compliant development within the borough.
