In your role, reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you’ll facilitate the connection between technical capabilities and commercial goals. You will lead technical discussions in critical sales conversations while developing solutions that cater to diverse payment and settlement models. Your influence will build a foundation for a scalable Solutions Engineering function.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and document technical engagement criteria
• Participate in strategic sales to close deals with technical certainty
• Create structured solution templates by vertical
• Collaborate with implementation teams for smooth handoffs
• Collect and analyze friction points for product improvement
