+ Responsible for preparing salads, dressings, canapés, and other cold dishes.
+ Responsible for maintaining the buffet line fully stocked and presentable at all times.
+ Responsible for knowing what ingredients are used in the dishes in order to communicate information to guests.
+ Communicate with cooks any comments that are being heard.
