Budget Analyst

Summary This Budget Analyst position is located within the Research Service Line at the VA Providence Health Care System. This position is full-time at 40 hours per week. Responsibilities The individual in this position performs a variety of budgetary and administrative functions in implementing the service's budgetary program, policies, and procedures. They perform extensive budget administration functions in the formulation, execution, and analysis of the budget of the Research Service. Major duties and responsibilities include: Formulates and revises the annual budget estimates for base support research activities and components. Projects anticipated reimbursements, such as for personnel services and contracts, for input into budget projections.
