Broker & Partner Growth Lead

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Business Development leader to lead broker, intermediary, and advisor sales channels across the region. You will define end-to-end acquisition, onboarding, activation, and retention strategies, and build strategic partnerships to accelerate growth.

You will travel to priority markets and collaborate with Product, Operations, and Marketing to align go-to-market plans, improve conversion, and enhance broker/advisor experience.
