Brewery Electrician

OVERTIME ELIGIBILITY

This position is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable labour laws and the collective agreement. Overtime is paid at the legally required rate and may vary based on hours worked beyond the standard schedule, including double time Saturdays, and any hours over 40 at 2.5x on Sundays and statutory holidays.

SHIFT

Rotating shift, Monday - Thursday, 10 hours per shift.

• 6:00am – 4:00pm
• 12:00pm – 10:00pm
• 9:00pm – 7:00am

Shift premiums: afternoon shift $0.90 per hour, night shift $1.15 per hour.

SALARY

The hourly rate for this role is $48.87 per hour.

• + $5.00/hour with Instrumentation ticket

Base rate increments per CBA:

• Year 2027: $50.37 per hour
• Year 2028: $51.87 per hour
• Year 2029: $53.37 per hour
