Role Overview
Branch manager is a senior commercial and relational leader, accountable for revenue growth and for stewarding Urgel Bourgie’s relationships with the communities it serves. The role combines two strategic mandates: leading a high‑performing sales team (pre‑need and at‑need), and acting as Urgel Bourgie’s ambassador across cultural, religious, and faith‑based communities throughout the branch. The successful candidate will translate Urgel Bourgie’s mission into commercial performance and durable community presence, while embodying the empathy, dignity, and trust that define the organization.
