Branch Advisor FAIS-1

Overview

Provide a positive customer experience by being helpful and sensitive to customer transactional needs and expectations, educate customers to the correct channel (eChannels and Self Service), and adhere to policy and process. As a Branch Advisor in a high‑volume service branch, you will provide compliant, professional financial advice, walk in and existing clients, and ensure ongoing client relationship management in line with FAIS, FICA, and Treating Customers Fairly principles.
