Are you passionate about developing sales talent and driving real impact? We’re looking for a
Sales Trainer
to help shape high-performing teams and elevate early-career sales professionals (SDRs/BDRs).
What you’ll be doing
Design and deliver engaging training programs (virtual & in-person)
Coach teams on key sales skills: prospecting, closing, objection handling & follow-ups
Provide 1:1 and group coaching sessions
Partner with Sales & HR to improve team performance
Track KPIs and continuously optimize training strategies
Create and maintain training materials

What we’re looking for
3–5 years of experience in Sales (BDR/SDR preferred)
1–2 years in Training, Coaching, or Leadership roles
Strong understanding of the full sales cycle
Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Apollo, or similar)
Fluent in
English
